  One star as it doesn't give me an option to put 0. The manager called Steve is extremely rude, he shouted at a 2 year old child who broke down in tears, awful awful human being, should not even be allowed near children! There's a manner in how you speak to children as young as 2! Also when asked a question regarding one of the trainers, his answer was very abrupt and completely out of context which wasn't regarding the question asked. Our experience there was really sad especially after he mortified our child by shouting at her for touching a shoe she picked out to try, he then snatched them off her and left without an apology. While we were leaving I asked a staff member for his name and who the manager was.. only to be told that he was the manager himself!
