  CW Construction fixed water damage caused by a bathroom leak, after being appointed by my house insurers. They did a good job at first, resealing and repainting. However, the problem recurred within the period during which the work was guaranteed. I made an appointment for someone from CW to reinspect the damage, but they never turned up, and subsequently I was told that the person had gone on holiday without rearranging the appointment. I then made many calls to CW over several months to request a reinspection, all of which resulted in me leaving messages that never received any response. Eventually my insurers agreed to appoint another firm to redo the work. I don't believe that CW had any intention of coming to fix the work that had gone wrong, and so I wouldn't recommend them.
