  Ordered a taxi today , did not get told I'd have a long waiting time until I rang back 20 minutes later. Lady in the phone said "be another 10 minutes yet is that okay" so I waited again. It has now been another 30 minutes with no cars in sight l. 50+ minutes total you should be ashamed of yourself peak time/day or not.

  I ordered a taxi on two occasions and the service was terrible. I can't believe I'm having to put a 1 star and bad review for this company. The first time I booked a taxi they told me it would be half an hour and after 45 minutes of waiting in the rain, a taxi arrived and I asked the driver if this was my taxi. I was then informed that no taxi had been booked for me at all, I was then told to get in and he would take me. I got in the taxi and then the driver made me call the company to then get them to confirm he could take me and he would not drive until this had been done.
  
  Then this morning I called and booked a taxi to the train station was told it would be 10 minutes. Again after waiting 25 minutes, I call back and was told it would be half hour or longer. So thanks to them I have now missed my train!
  
  I really advise this company work on their communication and business skills. Otherwise your wasting your time booking a taxi with them!
